Today, I am not standing here only as a developer or businessman. I am standing here as a son, a

learner, and a person who has seen both struggles and opportunities in life.

There is one person who is not physically present with us today, but whose teachings guide me

every single day—my late father.

When my father passed away, I felt a great emptiness in my life. But with time, I realized that he

had left me something much more valuable than money or property. He left me values, discipline,

honesty, and the courage to keep moving forward during difficult times.

He taught me that success is not measured by how much wealth we create, but by how many lives

we positively impact.

Today, whatever I am trying to build through Dhanbad Mining and Infra Pvt. Ltd. is inspired by those

values.

To my team, I want to say this:

We are not just building duplexes, roads, buildings, or projects. We are building dreams for families.
